Where is My Order?

FAQ: My order indicates that a label has been generated, but the tracking shows that it has not been picked up. 

Answer: Our system auto generates and prints labels and packing slips in batches, we are working as fast as possible to pick and pack orders. This is taking a day or two at the moment with an extremely high order volume. Rest assured, if you have a tracking number your order will be on its way shortly.
